*May add a can of diced tomatoes
*May substitute dried herbs for the fresh - use half the amount called for
Day 4: Turkey Burgers with Smoked Gouda, served with green salad
*Most delis offer smoked Gouda cheese by the slice
Day 5: Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Goat Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomatoes over brown rice, served with Caesar salad
*May substitute cream cheese or Laughing Cow Cheese wedges for goat cheese.
